Lookout Mountain Concierge began in order to serve the needs of the growing population of weekend property owners who are drawn to the beautiful and unique Cascade River Park. Increasing numbers of recreational properties were being left semi-vacant by their owners. Damage from storms or squatters might go unnoticed for weeks or months multiplying repair costs. There began to be a developing need for a local company ready to assist with tasks from home maintenance to guest facilitation to vacation rentals. That unique range of needs can be intimidating without someone who knows this unique area. Lookout Mountain Concierge maintains a list of vendors known and recommended in the Skagit Valley and in Cascade River Park. Experience with off-grid systems, local weather patterns and contacts with local administrations gives Lookout Mountain Concierge access to information when timely response is important.
