We started Lookout Mountain Concierge to serve the needs of the growing population of weekend property owners who are drawn to the beautiful North Cascades and the upper Skagit Valley. We noticed with the increasing amount of recreational properties these properties are being left semi-vacant when not being used by their owners. Our personal experience has shown us that owning a recreational property in a developed park or an HOA with a caretaker or manager does not mean that there is a person caring for your individual property. Being property owners ourselves, we realized that their was a developing need for a local company that can assist remote property owners when they can't be there. We started our company to care for all types recreational properties from Concrete to Marblemount, both on and off grid. We designed our services to to meet the wide range of needs that come with owning and maintaining a recreational or seasonal property. Our a la cart services are the perfect solution for properties that are seasonally owner occupied or for owner occupied properties when their owners are away. We can also help property owners navigate the challenges of airbnb, vrbo or hipcamp to maximize each properties income potential. We have years of experience and local knowledge that we bring to each property we care for.
